It picks up small material like rice with ease and was able to take on heavier debris like cereal on this type of surface too. It struggled with the most difficult test that we have, the test for flour spillage. It was able to collect 45g of flour but there was visible traces of flour on the floor.

The navigation is also a bit iffy. It was able to bump into furniture all the time, with a few furniture pieces getting scratched. It does, at a minimum, have an absorbing bumper that absorbs the impact. It can also climb over quite high thresholds which is a huge advantage.

The G20 is a fairly quiet machine. We determined its decibel level at 65db, which is very like the noise generated by a typical air conditioning unit. This is a great option to consider if you're seeking a quiet robot vacuum. The G20 doesn't have the ability to create maps that many of its competitors do. It's impossible to avoid certain rooms when they're cluttered.
